Unit doors over 14th Street retail may have a closer that must still latch after the bolt is in. We test the closer with the bolt thrown. A bolt that stops the closer is removed and reset.

How do you get tools upstairs?
Through the lobby with your approval or the manager's. We park in a garage, not on 14th Street.
