What the five years covers
The published workmanship warranty is five years on installation performed by Capital Sentinel. It covers the fitting of hardware we installed, not abuse, not a closer that was disconnected, and not a manufacturer defect. Manufacturer warranties stay with the manufacturer. The invoice states the warranty that applies to that job.
Emergency openings that only restore access are not the same as a warranted installation. The offer terms explain the grand opening discount. The warranty is not the discount.
