Information we collect
If you call, text, or email, we receive the number or address you used and whatever you chose to say about a door or a visit. Forms may collect your name, phone, email, the city of the opening, a message, and an optional photo. Appointment requests add a preferred time. Payment data is not collected on this website.
Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and the page requested, used to keep the site reliable and to investigate abuse. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary cookies remember a cookie choice. Analytics and marketing tags stay off until you choose Accept or turn those categories on. A browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a rejection of analytics and marketing. See the Cookie Policy.
California, Virginia, and Maryland
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may submit a request to the email above. We will not discriminate against you for asking.
If you are a Virginia resident, the VCDPA gives you rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. Appeal a refusal by replying to the decision email.
If you are a Maryland resident, the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA) provides access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights for personal data, with additional limits on sensitive data. Lock and access details you send us can describe your home. Send only what we need for the job, and ask us to delete a photo when the job is closed.
Retention and security
Lead and appointment records are kept long enough to do the work and meet tax and dispute needs, then deleted or de-identified. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
