What you walk into
The showroom is a warm wood room with a light herringbone floor. You can look at exit devices, door closers, electric strikes, maglocks, and access control, and sit down if the conversation needs more time.
This is a real storefront in Adams Morgan. You can come in to handle hardware. You do not have to start with a lockout.
Hours, transit, and parking
Showroom hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 to 18:00; Saturday 10:00 to 16:00; Sunday 11:00 to 16:00. Monday visits are by appointment. Emergency calls are answered 24 hours, even when the showroom is closed.
The closest Metro is Woodley Park–Adams Morgan on the Red Line, roughly a 15-minute walk up the hill. Buses run on Columbia Road and 16th Street and are usually closer than the station. The shop does not have a private garage. Use legal street parking or a nearby pay lot. Do not block the alley or a driveway.
Opening a client file
Who we work with: homeowners, business owners, interior designers, contractors, real estate agents, property managers, and schools. On your first visit or call, our team opens a client file with your contact details, the property address, a point of contact, and the job details, so every visit after that starts where the last one left off.

Pets are welcome when you visit. We keep treats and water for you and your pet.
