These terms govern use of the Capital Sentinel website. The invoice governs a specific job.
The shop
The site is operated by Capital Sentinel. Phone (202) 900-5625. Email capitolsentinel@gmail.com. Using the site means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Calling for a lockout does not require you to accept marketing cookies.
No forced-entry instructions
Content explains hardware, codes, and how to hire the shop. It is not a guide to bypassing locks, and it is not legal advice about an eviction or a fire door. Authority to enter a property is your responsibility to have before you ask us to act.
Offers and warranties
The grand opening offer is described on the offer terms page and may be withdrawn. The published workmanship warranty period is five years on installation we perform, separate from any manufacturer warranty. The invoice states the warranty for that job.
Liability
The website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Capital Sentinel is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Jobs are performed under a separate scope. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this sentence may not apply to you.
Law
These website terms are written with the District of Columbia in mind, where the showroom sits. Consumer protections in Maryland and Virginia still apply when the law says they do.
