Offices and galleries in converted townhouses
Dupont commercial calls are offices, galleries, and shops in converted townhouses and small buildings. The Metro is underneath. Parking is a deck or a short meter. The roadway is not a loading zone.
On this visit
Gallery doors around the circle use a floor bolt that looks decorative and is actually thrown. If the handle moves and the door stays, check the bottom bolt with your foot and tell us. We will not pry the stile.
Frequent questions
The landlord has the street door and I have the suite. Who calls?
You, for the suite. The landlord, for the street door. We need the right person on each.
Where is the nearest garage?
Under the larger buildings around the circle. We will not hold traffic on the circle itself.
