Glover Park access work is a small office or a walk-up entry on the Wisconsin Avenue hill. There is no Metro and no equipment room. A survey has to include where the controller will actually live.
On this visit
Glover Park walk-ups have a door that the hill holds open. Access control on a door that stands ajar is an empty gesture. The closer is part of the project or we do not start the reader.
