Porch rowhouses on Georgia Avenue
Porch rowhouses and newer infill houses share Georgia Avenue blocks. The Green and Yellow Line station at Georgia Avenue–Petworth is the transit point. The avenue is the traffic problem. Side-street parking is a permit zone, so a van belongs at a legal curb on the avenue or in a lot, not in a bus stop.
On this visit
Petworth porch columns hide the house number from the avenue. Give us the porch color and whether the basement hatch has its own padlock. We will not open a hatch because it looks unused.

There are two doors. Which one do you need to hear about?
Both, if both are locked. A basement rental is not opened by fixing the porch door.
