Stair egress near the zoo
Woodley Park exit hardware is on residential stairs and inn or assembly leaves a short walk west of Columbia Road. Guest-room locks are not panic bars. A parking deck and the Red Line are the arrival. Weekend zoo traffic is the delay.
On this visit
Apartment stairs near the zoo are not hotel ballroom exits. If the hotel is the client, their engineer calls. A tenant call about a stair is redirected. We do not hang hardware on a stair we were not given.
Frequent questions
The hotel asked us, a tenant, to call you about the stair. Is that valid?
Have the hotel engineer call. Stairs are theirs.
Where do you park?
In a building garage, not in the zoo drop-off lane.
