We answer (202) 900-5625 at all hours. Say whether it is a home, a business, a vehicle, or a safe, and who has authority to let us act. We check identity and authority before any bypass.
A lockout, an after-hours dispatch, a car key, or a visit that is only a service call is billed without Grand Opening: Up to 20% Off. Planned safe work is a different visit from an emergency opening. The offer-terms page lists what the discount covers.
The showroom may be closed when the emergency line is open. That is normal. Call before you come for a lockout.

Yes. Come by the showroom and look at the hardware in person before you book an emergency visit.
Does the grand opening discount cover an emergency visit?
No. The grand opening discount does not cover an emergency visit. Emergencies, lockouts, after-hours calls, car keys, and service calls are excluded. One offer per job. See the offer-terms page for the full list, valid through December 31, 2026.

What should I bring?
For an emergency visit, bring photos of the opening and a phone number that reaches you. Showroom hours and the 24-hour emergency line are different, and Monday visits are by appointment.
