Tower egress and avenue storefronts
Bethesda work here is the tower egress leaf and the avenue storefront. Tower egress is a life-safety item. The Red Line and a parking deck are how we arrive from Adams Morgan.
On this visit
Bethesda tower egress is a building-engineer appointment. Avenue storefront hardware is a tenant appointment. We do not blend the pieces or the invoice.
Frequent questions
The egress hardware was removed years ago. Can you put one back?
If that leaf is an exit, yes. We need access and the label, not a guess from the lobby.
Who schedules the tower?
The building, with us. The showroom is in Adams Morgan. There is no Bethesda counter.
