High-rise lobbies and side-street townhouses
Downtown is high-rise lobbies and garages along Wisconsin Avenue. The side streets turn into townhouses quickly. The Red Line station is the center. A van parks in a garage, not on the avenue.
On this visit
Bethesda townhouse mews use a rear motor court. If you are locked out at the motor-court gate and the front is on Woodmont, those are different locks and different walking routes. Name the court, not only the tower.
Frequent questions
I am in the parking garage and the fob is upstairs. Can you help?
Yes, if you can show you live there. Say it is the garage, not the unit, when you call.
Do you have a Bethesda shop?
No. The only showroom is in Adams Morgan. This is a service visit, not a second store.
