Rental houses along Baltimore Avenue
College Park installs are rental houses and small apartments. Turnover is when bad builder bolts get replaced. Parking is a garage or a paid lot on class days. The Metro is the transit option for a landlord who wants to meet us there.
On this visit
College Park rental doors full of old filler from three prior bores may need a wrap plate. We will say so instead of drilling a fourth hole next to the others.
Frequent questions
The door has three old holes. Can you cover them?
A new lock covers one prep. Extra holes need a wrap or a new slab. We will tell you which.
Do you work from a campus shop?
No. Hardware is chosen at the Adams Morgan showroom or from a photo, then installed on site.
