Turnover rekeys near the university
College Park rekeys pile up when leases turn over along Baltimore Avenue. Student houses with a pile of unmatched keys are the usual visit. The Metro is nearby. Campus parking rules make a garage or a paid lot the right stop.
On this visit
Harvard Road houses change hands every lease. We label the new keys with the bedroom letters you use, not our own system, so the next lease does not inherit a mystery ring.
Frequent questions
The students left four different keys. Do you need all of them?
Bring them. We use them to find which doors still open, then none of those keys will work when we finish.
Do you come during move-out week?
Yes. Book early with (202) 900-5625. Those weeks fill.
