Wheaton's commercial doors are mall-edge retail and the shops along Georgia Avenue. The Red Line garage and the mall lots solve parking. A storefront on the avenue and a gate inside the mall are different buildings with different people allowed to approve entry.
On this visit
Wheaton avenue shops share a rear service court with dumpsters. If your lockout is the court door, the mall corridor is the wrong meeting point. Name the court.
