Old Town offices with modern readers
Alexandria access control is a careful add to Old Town offices and a cleaner install in newer Potomac Yard suites. Historic wood and a reader can coexist if we do not cut the jamb just to hide a wire. Garages are the park.
On this visit
Old Town stone and wood get a reader placed with a landlord's eye. We do not run conduit across a historic jamb for a cleaner wire. Potomac Yard suites follow the building's standard reader, which we install rather than invent.
Frequent questions
The door is original. Can we still have a fob?
Often yes, with hardware that fits the existing prep. We survey before we promise a cut.
Can we see readers first?
Yes, at the Adams Morgan showroom, then we survey in Alexandria.
