Suite frames, not the tower lobby
Arlington strikes we install are tenant doors and small retail frames. The tower lobby strike is the building's specification and their vendor unless they hire us to that spec. Garages are the arrival.
On this visit
Arlington suite frames are cut only when the lease or security says the frame is yours. Lobby strikes stay on their vendor. We do not share a power supply with an unlabeled building circuit.

Building security said the suite door is ours. Is that enough?
Get it in writing if you can. Then we will schedule the cut.
Do you coordinate with their fire alarm vendor?
If the opening requires it, yes. Say so at the survey so it is in the trip, not a surprise.
