Specified strikes in tower suites
Tysons strikes follow a hardware schedule in office and residential towers. Substitutions get rejected by the building. Silver Line garages are the staging.
On this visit
Tysons schedules name the strike and the fail mode. We install that piece when it is in hand, not a lookalike from the truck. If the installed frame does not match the drawing, we stop in the suite and call.
Frequent questions
The schedule says a model we do not have on the truck. Do you substitute?
Not on these buildings. We order the specified piece and book the trip when it is in hand.
Who signs the fail mode?
The engineer or the schedule. We do not pick it in the garage.
