Circle traffic and garage ramps
Dupont vehicle lockouts are cars left at meters or stuck on a garage ramp. The circle itself is a dangerous place to stand. A garage bay is the right workplace. The Metro being nearby does not create a curb.

The circle is not where we stand. A garage ramp blockage needs you, the car, and proof, in a place the attendant can live with. European locks around Dupont are named by make before we roll.

Call (202) 900-5625 and say it is a ramp. If the car can be moved safely by the attendant, do that. We still need proof you control it.
Do you cut keys on the spot?
Lockout is entry. Cutting and programming are quoted only after we know the vehicle and see proof.
