Heavy decorative leaves
Dupont adjustments often sit on heavy decorative or glass leaves. Gusts around the park are real. The Metro is underneath. Parking is a deck, not the roadway.
On this visit
Wind across the circle will rip a weak arm off a header. We look at the shoe and the header screws, not only the valve. A heavy leaf needs a larger body than the cafe door next door.
Frequent questions
The door is too heavy to open. Can you lighten the closer?
We can set it correctly. If the door itself is heavier than the entrance should be, we tell you. We will not leave it unlatched.
Where do you work from?
A garage nearby. The circle is not a standing zone.
