New slabs that shipped with a shared keyway
Petworth high-security work is often a new slab whose factory keyway is not special. Similar slabs on the block may share patterns. Georgia Avenue–Petworth is the station.
On this visit
New Petworth houses sometimes ship with a builder key that also opens the house next door. We replace that key first. The alley door is included. The lower rental stays off your restricted list unless it is vacant and you want it.
Frequent questions
The contractor said the bows were controlled. How do we know?
If any shop can copy them, they were not. Bring one and we will tell you.
Can the lower rental stay simpler?
Yes. Say so. We will not put the tenant on your restricted bow.
