Porch slabs and new infill
Petworth smart locks go on either an original porch door or a new infill slab. They are different thicknesses. Georgia Avenue–Petworth is the station.
On this visit
New Petworth infill includes a builder keypad with a code printed in the manual and stuck to the breaker panel. We delete that code the day we enroll yours. The basement rental is not enrolled on your app.
Frequent questions
The basement unit wants its own code. Should it share mine?
Usually no. A tenant code on your front door is a messy way to end a lease.
Where do you leave the van?
A legal space off the travel lane. Georgia Avenue bus stops are not it.
