Shaw vehicle lockouts are evening meters and lot exits. Valet congestion makes a bad work zone. We want a lot space or a quiet side street. Green and Yellow Line stations do not park the car.

U Street valet lanes are refused. A paid lot that is about to close needs the closing time in the first sentence of the call. We open the car. We do not cut a transponder between bumpers.
