Apartment doors, not hotel locks
Woodley Park smart locks go on resident unit doors. Hotel guest locks are the hotel's system. Garages and the Red Line handle arrival. Zoo weekends slow the park roads.
On this visit
Apartment Wi-Fi in Woodley Park is sometimes a building network that isolates devices. Your lock may never see the phone. We discover that during enrollment and leave you with codes and a key, not a promise of an app.
Frequent questions
The hotel next door uses phone keys. Can my apartment do that?
Maybe, on your unit door. It will not be the hotel's system, and it still needs a backup key.
Is weekend arrival realistic?
Yes, with garage parking. Park-road traffic is the delay.
