Keypads on Edgemoor townhouses
Bethesda smart-lock visits are mostly Edgemoor and Battery Lane townhouses with a decorative slab, plus a unit door only when that tower published an allowed model. We do not argue with a condo rider, and we do not hang a house keypad on a lobby the association already runs. A basement router two floors down is the usual reason the app looks fine in the kitchen and dead at the slab.

Bethesda townhouse networks often put the router in a basement closet. The front door two floors up is a dead zone. We test there. A tower unit, if the condo allows a lock at all, follows their list, not the townhouse choice.
