Old Town house safes
Alexandria safe openings are house safes on narrow Old Town stairs or newer condos near Potomac Yard. Stairs decide the kit. Garages are the park. We are not hoisting a safe down a historic stair.
On this visit
Old Town stairs are a reason to work in the room. We do not carry an antique safe down them. Drilling a high-finish door is a last resort, and only after you have heard what it does to the paint.

The safe is older than the house records. Can you still open it?
Often, but the lock type decides. Send a photo of the dial and the door, plus how you came to control it.
Will you drill an antique finish?
Only after a non-destructive option is exhausted and you agree to the damage.
