High-cycle tower and mall closers
Tysons closers run all day on office lobbies and mall vestibules. Silver Line garages are the only sensible staging.
On this visit
Tysons vestibules see stack effect from elevator shafts. We set the closer against that pressure and we do it with building staff present so the stair closer is not confused with the lobby closer.
Frequent questions
The vestibule stands open and the HVAC runs. Is it the closer?
Very often. We confirm on site. Wind and stack effect in these towers are part of the setup.
How do we book you into a tower?
Have building management on the note. We come from Adams Morgan and need access, not only an address.
